About this file
This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Health for the procurement of Sentiero Hearing Screening and Diagnostics - Devices. The ITB seeks competitive pricing from authorized distributors or sellers of the PATH Sentiero Handheld Hearing Screening Devices and accompanying accessories, as well as providers capable of calibrating the screening devices as needed. The addendum provides the Department's responses to questions received by the due date outlined in the ITB timeline. It specifically addresses a request regarding the approval of a Natus-manufactured device under the Biologic brand name, which the Department has denied. The ITB is applicable to the state of Florida, with the primary jurisdictions being Leon County and the City of Tallahassee.
Regarding pricing terms and other details, the ITB does not specify any set-asides or incumbents, and it does not provide information on the current environment, funding requirements, or sources. The addendum focuses solely on the clarification of the product specifications and the Department's response to the vendor's question.
