About this file

This document is an Addendum #1 for ITB DOH21-032 Mobile Van (Gadsden County) issued by the Florida Department of Health. The purpose of this ITB is for the Department to obtain competitive prices for a mobile van. The addendum provides responses to questions received from prospective vendors, including clarifying that the deadline will not be extended and that the Department does not have specifications for a Ford equivalent van that would be acceptable. The ITB covers a contract opportunity for the State of Florida, with the jurisdictions of Leon County and the City of Tallahassee involved.

The document outlines the protest process for vendors, noting that failure to file a protest within the prescribed timeframe or post the required bond will constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. No other details are provided regarding pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information.
