About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Health for the supply and installation of awnings to cover exterior seating areas at two Hendry County Health Department buildings. The addendum modifies the timeline, deletes the mandatory site visit and pre-bid conference previously scheduled, and provides updated details on the bid submission deadline, public bid opening, and anticipated award posting. The original ITB sought competitive pricing for this project, with bids due on July 18, 2022 and the intent to award announcement expected on July 25, 2022.
The addendum does not provide any details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or other salient commercial information. It focuses solely on revising the administrative details of the procurement process.
