About this file
This document is an Addendum #2 to Invitation to Bid (ITB) DOH21-018 for Painting Services for the Baker County Health Department, issued by the Florida Department of Health. The addendum provides responses to questions received from prospective vendors regarding the project, including information on the mandatory site visit, approval for off-hour work, painting of chair rails, color palette, removal and reinstallation of personal items, employee sign-in requirements, and the non-exclusive nature of the procurement. The related State and Local Contract Opportunity specifies that the purpose of this ITB is for the State of Florida Department of Health to obtain competitive prices for the interior painting of the Baker County Health Department facility.
The contract does not appear to have any specific set-aside requirements, and no information is provided regarding incumbents or the current contract environment. The funding source and amounts are also not detailed in the provided documentation. The ITB outlines the timeline for the procurement process, including the bid submission deadline and the anticipated award date, but does not specify the contract term or any renewal options.
