About this file

This Statement of Work from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) outlines requirements for aggregate delivery to Silver Lake State Park in Mears, Michigan. The project requires delivery of 7,600 tons of 23A road gravel specifications to the Silver Lake State Park Welcome Center at 8505 W. Fox Rd. Work must commence after purchase order issuance and be completed by May 10th, 2019, with specific delivery coordination required with Park Manager Jody Johnston.

All deliveries must include scale slips documenting load volume/weight, and contractors must avoid delivering water-saturated gravel that could affect weight accuracy. The work schedule may be impacted by weather conditions and spring roadway weight restrictions. DNR staff will direct specific unloading locations on-site during delivery.
