About this file
This document is an Addendum for a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) on behalf of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for Task Order Landscape Design Professional Services. The RFQ seeks to identify potential providers of these services, and qualified respondents may be invited to interview and offer proposals. The types of projects anticipated under this contract include cabin renovations, visitor centers, office buildings, bridges and boardwalks, fish hatcheries, comfort stations, residences, maintenance shops, pre-engineered metal buildings, and yurts. The contract will be awarded to multiple firms, with no maximum number specified. A/E firms specializing in one or more disciplines will be considered, and subconsultants may be included. No specific anticipated projects are listed, but the contract is expected to cover a variety of new construction and renovation projects.
Regarding pricing, contract fees will be discussed after selection. The use of Georgia Peach certification, commissioning, and e-Builder project management software will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Respondents will have the opportunity to negotiate final contract terms. The contract will be awarded to the firms deemed most qualified by the Owner.
