About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 to the Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Cybersecurity Incident Response Solution issued by the Florida Department of Management Services (FL DMS) on behalf of the Florida Digital Service (FL[DS]) and its customers. The RFQ seeks a contractor(s) to provide incident response services to minimize cyber threats, detect and respond to incidents, and protect critical systems and data within the state's digital infrastructure. The addendum revises the Price Sheet (Attachment A) and includes details on the required solution objectives, pricing structure, and catalog of objectives. The initial contract term is for 3 years with an optional 3-year renewal.

The revised Price Sheet outlines the pricing structure, including fixed rates that must be at or below the rates in the applicable Alternate Contract Source (ACS) contract, as well as optional waterfall pricing and statewide enterprise pricing models. Vendors are required to provide a breakdown of the ACS pricing and estimated quantities for each objective. The Department is also seeking cost savings information for advance payment. No specific quantities or award details are provided, but the RFQ is open to all potential FL[DS] customers, including Leon County and the City of Tallahassee.
