About this file

This is a Notice of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of Military Affairs for repair and maintenance services of target system equipment. The agency seeks commodities and services for MITs, MATs, SITs, SATs, and all components of Meggitt Target Systems used at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center in Starke, Florida. The contract term runs from August 27, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The notice was posted on August 5, 2026, with a deadline for prospective vendor information of August 26, 2026. The posting period will remain available for at least 15 business days in accordance with Florida Statutes Sections 120.57(3) and 287.057(3).

The estimated contract value is $225,000.00. InVeris Training Solutions is identified as the sole source vendor, as it is the proprietary owner of Meggitt's Target System designs and holds exclusive rights to the design and parts for this system. The agency justifies the single source acquisition based on the proprietary nature of the equipment and the unavailability of competitive alternatives. The contract was approved by John Connor (DMA Purchasing Director), LTC Jason Robinson (CBJTC Operations Officer), Zacharie Sampeur (Budget Analyst), and John Ivey (Range Maintenance Operations Manager). The agency contact is Jennifer Adams at 904-682-3365 or jennifer.c.adams16.nfg@army.mil.
