About this file
This document is a Contractor Questionnaire for a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) market survey to procure a specific Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). The solicitation (DLA-Aberdeen-26-012) seeks sources capable of manufacturing or supplying a CyberPower Model EC750GTAA ECOLOGIC UPS with precise specifications: 759VA/450W capacity, standby topology, simulated sine wave, 120 VAC output, 10 mins/2.8 mins runtime, NEMA 5-15P plug, and 12 total outlets (6 surge and battery backup, 6 surge only). The questionnaire requires detailed vendor information including company capabilities, past performance, engineering qualifications, supply chain details, obsolescence management processes, and ability to meet government delivery preferences. This is a pre-solicitation market research effort to determine potential sources, with no commitment to award a contract, and is specifically supporting Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center requirements.
