About this file
This document is a Contractor Questionnaire related to a Sources Sought Announcement (SSA) for the procurement of NSN 7025-01-629-9347 / RP-405/U Disk Duplicators by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center.
The SSA requests information from potential sources to assess their capability to manufacture or supply the RP-405/U Disk Duplicator. Key details include: the Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the Disk Duplicator; the Government prefers short-term pricing and a fixed quantity contract type; and the response is due by 7/2/2024. The Contractor Questionnaire asks the respondent to provide information on their company, past performance, manufacturing capabilities, obsolescence management, delivery timeframes, pricing, and any supply chain concerns. The information gathered will be used to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential future procurement.
