About this file
This document is a Contractor Questionnaire related to a pre-solicitation for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to acquire the Universal Helmet Mount Assembly (uHMA), which is a component of the Enhanced Night Vision Goggle-Binocular (ENVG-B) system. The questionnaire asks for information about the company's core competencies, point of contact details, security clearances, past experience manufacturing the uHMA, knowledge of the ENVG-B interfaces, manufacturing capabilities, and failure analysis expertise. The related federal contract opportunity indicates that DLA is conducting market research to determine if responsible sources exist to provide the uHMA (NSN 5855-01-682-3336). Responses to the questionnaire are due by May 16, 2024, and should be emailed to the designated technical and competition advocate points of contact. This market survey is for planning and research purposes only and is not a solicitation for a contract award.
