About this file

This document is a Contractor Questionnaire related to a federal contract opportunity for the acquisition of the Universal Helmet Mount Assembly (uHMA), a component of the Enhanced Night Vision Goggle III (ENVG III) and Enhanced Night Vision Goggle-Binocular (ENVG-B) systems.

The questionnaire requests information from potential contractors, including a company overview, point of contact details, security clearances, manufacturing experience with the uHMA, knowledge of the ENVG III and ENVG-B interfaces, manufacturing capabilities, and experience with failure analysis. The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for an estimated quantity of 1,700 uHMA (NSN: 5855-01-680-8536) over a 5-year period, to be acquired by the Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center. Responses to the questionnaire are due by April 26, 2024, and should be submitted to the Technical Point of Contact and Competition Advocate. This announcement is for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
