1.There are several discrepancies in the solicitation regarding pricing: • SF-33 CLIN 0001 indicates a base period of 6/1/2017 to 9/30/2018 (This equates to 1 year, 3 months and 29 days) and implies a contract start date of June 1, 2017. (This date is prior to the due date for Proposals.)

• Section B.1(a) Non-Personal Services, paragraph 2 states “The period of performance of any contract, which the Government may award under the terms and conditions specified herein, will be 24 months

Base Period (2-year).” Also, Section F Deliveries and Performance, the anticipated period of performance identifies a 24 month Base Period.

Question: Please confirm the following:

• The Base Period is 24 months.

• Contract start date is not June 1, 2017 and the CLINs periods of performance will reflect the appropriate start date based upon contract award.

Response: Yes Base Period is 24 months and upon award the contract will reflect the correct start date.

2. The Pricing Schedule table in Section B.1(c) Pricing Schedule, page 3, differs from the pricing schedule in in the SF-33 CLIN document in that it provides a Fixed Monthly Operating Price for an average daily population of 450 detainees and a Fixed Incremental Unit Price for detainees housed between 451 and 725. Section B..1() also provides a table for Detainee Transportation and Remote

Detention Officer Services.

Question: Please confirm that the Pricing Schedules in Section B.1(c) are the correct schedules to use in formulating pricing submission.

SECTION B, B.1 , PAGE 1, 3-4 , LINE NUMBER(S) n/a

Response: Refer to Section B of Pricing Schedule for Price Proposal submission

3. SF-33 CLIN 0001 through CLIN 0005 are designated for Comprehensive Detention Services.

However, Section B.1(c) Pricing Schedule, refers to the CLINS as follows: Contract Line Item No. 0001

– Detainee Housing; Contract Line Item No. 0001 Fixed Monthly Operating Price and Fixed Incremental

Price; Contract Line Item No. 0002 – Detainee Transportation and Remote Detention Officer Services.

Furthermore, Section J, Attachment #2 refers to CLIN 0001 as transportation for courthouse runs and medical runs for outpatient services; CLIN 0002 as transportation to and from Victorville, CA;

transportation within the District of Southern California; and Stationary remote services for prisoners admitted to local medical facilities.

Question: Please clarify which CLIN’s description is correct.
