The Contractor shall submit a fixed monthly cost per panel.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year (366 days in leap years), central station alarm monitoring, administrative services, and equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.

The Contractor will not be granted access to USMS information or materials until successfully completing the Government background requirements.

Authorized USMS personnel will have direct access to a central monitor station alarm monitor, administrator and/or account manager any time of day or night. The POC(s) shall be capable of placing the system into test mode, resolve malfunctions and authorized to make decisions on behalf of the Contractor.
The Contractor shall meet monthly, or as necessary, with the USMS CO and CORs to resolve problems and improve performance. Meeting shall be held at USMS HQ or via conference calls.
CONTRACTOR IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROGRAM
The Contractor shall demonstrate a structured training program to ensure that employees have received documented training to perform requirements under this contract.

The Contractor shall provide and maintain a stand-alone, real time security web-based portal application for automated recording and maintaining historical alarm data of all monitored sites under this contract. The web-based portal access will be password protected and available to authorized USMS personnel to: generate, view and download customized reports, response plans, add/delete users, and call lists. The Contractor shall establish a methodology to verify government users and call list annually within the web-portal.
Within 24hrs of notification from the USMS, the Contractor shall establish a methodology to add new sites to the web-portal. If the 24 hour activation cannot be met, the Contractor shall contact the USMS immediately.
