3 3.b. 6 Will the DOJ provide polices and SOPs for the contractor to provide non-emergency and emergency occupational health care?

DOJ provide polices and SOPs to the adwardee.

2 2.A.2.4 4 For CLIN X004, would this be for additional hours worked by staff or for the vaccines, or both?

No, the vaccines are currently administed during the normal work hours/day.

3 3.14 11 Will contractor staff be required to work overtime? No

3 3.16.1 12

3.16.1 states that equipment purchase is at the sole discretion of the Government and that the Government may "purchase/obtain the equipment from another source, or may authorize the contractor to acquire the equipment." However the wording in 12.4.a.2.3 states that the "Contractor shall purchase equipment for the Government it deems necessary", which seems to contradict this. Can the Government please clarify who is responsible for the purchase of equipment under the contract?

The contractor is responsible for the purchase of the equipment. However there shall be a discission with the Government prior to the purchase of the equipment.

8 8.12 28

12.1.1.3 (5) ( c ) Requires a contractor employee to have at least an MBI in order to access e-QIP on behalf of DOJ. If the awardee is a Joint Venture can this person be employed by one of the companies forming the JV or will a cleared individual be required for each company?

A cleared individual is required for each company.

12 12.4.a.2.2 56 Please confirm that the contractor is responsible for all medications and vaccines and that the only vaccine that will be provided by the Government is the influenza vaccine. Yes, that is correct

12.4 C.8.E 58

It is clear that resumes do not count against the Technical Proposal page limit. Do Letters of Commitment (LOC) also not count against the page limit, or are a combined resume and LOC limited to 2 pages?

Yes, the combined resume and LOC is limited to 2 pages.

Att 003 N/A N/A Can the Government provide the current staffing levels at each of the five requested locations?

Small Business; see page 49 section 11.2.

N/A N/A N/A Is there an incumbent contractor for these services? If so, can the Government provide the name of the incumbent contractor?

Nursing license requirements “Licensed to practice in the Washington, DC metropolitan area or in the areas the services will be performed”

Can the government please clarify what other areas may be required aside from the DC metropolitan area? Would the government consider widening the license requirement to any active/valid license with the 50 states to increase candidate pool?

No government will not consider widening the license requirement to any active/valid license with the 50 states. The Nursing license requirements are as stated “Licensed to practice in the Washington, DC metropolitan area"

SOW 3.14 11

Hours of Operation - “in event the building must close for the entire day or delay opening due to weather conditions, an announcement will be broadcast on local TV and Radio stations”

Please confirm that the DOJ manages the broadcast process and that there is no cost to the contracting company.

Will the government please allow for past performance references to be submitted by major subcontractors who will be performing at least 25% of the work?

No, the refference are stictly for the prime contractor.

Tab C, Factor 3 Personnel Qualifications

1 59

Since every labor category listed in the Pricing Table is considered key personnel per SOW 3.13.1, is it the government's intent for Offerors to include resumes for ALL proposed positions across all locations? If so, we kindly ask that you please relax the resume requirement or extend the proposal due date to allow for other Offerors aside from the incumbent to source for qualified candidates.
