About this file

This document is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Amendment for solicitation DJA-25-AEET-PR-0547, issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The amendment clarifies key details about a vehicle procurement, specifically that quoters are only required to submit a quote for one technically acceptable vehicle, with anticipation of up to two awards being made. The solicitation is not seeking a retrofitted or upfit vehicle, and the ATF will handle pickup of the vehicle within the lower 48 United States.

The amendment includes answers to three vendor questions, which further confirm that no retrofitting is required and that the vehicle will be a standard chassis. The deadline for submitting questions has closed, though the quote deadline remains unchanged. Updates to the vehicle's salient characteristics are referenced in an attached document (Salient Characteristics v2 9.22.25), indicating potential modifications to the original solicitation requirements.
