About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a carport installation project. The Q&A covers multiple technical specifications for the carports, including color (white with brown trim), installation surface (combo asphalt/gravel parking lot), and standard configuration details. Key specifications include horizontal roof panels, horizontal wall panels, standard 14g 2-1/2" square tubing frame, 5ft leg/post spacing, single posts, 3/12 roof pitch, and an eave height requirement. The structures will be installed simultaneously, with the first two having 3 sides closed and the last structure being open. The contractor is advised to quote base costs, and color selection does not affect pricing except for specific vertical panel configurations. Multiple questions were addressed regarding height measurements, installation requirements, and structural options, with most responses indicating standard specifications were preferred.
