About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to obtain market research and information on providing a real-time phone subscriber tool. The objective is to obtain a tool that provides uninterrupted 24/7 access to ATF's web-based databases, platforms, and systems for up to 300 computer users and 100 SMS-MMS users. The tool must comply with NIST standards, including 18-character minimum passphrases and multi-factor authentication. ATF is seeking information on technical capabilities, past performance, and pricing for subscription fees and user fees. Respondents should demonstrate current, real-time, and historical data search capabilities, subscriber identity verification, location tracking, carrier information, international phone coverage, and integration with analysis tools. ATF is not seeking proposals, but rather market research to inform a potential future acquisition. Responses are due to the specified Contract Specialist by the deadline and should be submitted in the requested format.
