STATEMENT OF WORK
Procurement of Display Tables for 3D Models Acoura National Training Center (ANTOC) Lebanese Armed Forces - Army (LAF-A)
1. GENERAL: This contract is for the procurement of two (2) custom fabricated metal tables. The purpose of the need is to display two (2) 3D models that are being designed and constructed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District for LAF-A. The 3D model dimensions will be 15’ x 7’ and 4’ x 4.’
Shipping will be to a Joint Consolidation Point (JCP) in Mechanicsburg, PA. The U.S. Government will be responsible for final freight forwarding to the port of Lebanon. USACE will coordinate with the JCP for delivery, inspection and acceptance.
2. SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES OF DISPLAY TABLES:
A. Line Item 0001: Two (2) Custom fabricated metal display tables.

Feature Requirement
Dimensions 4’ x 4’ Heigth of table top from ground 36” Material Make-up of Tables Metal Weight of 3D Model to Support 290 lbs
B. Other Relative information Required for Display Tables.
1) Pricing for line item 0001 shall capture all custom components required for fabrication of both tables.
2) Offeror will be responsible for anchor points to secure the tables in place.
3) Offeror shall include assembly instructions and any custom technical data sheets for the tables as well as a list of required tools for assembly.

The above Figure A provides a pictorial example of what USACE intends to purchase. This is not an exact technical representation of the requirement and is provided for informational purposes only.
3. INSPECTION AND COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES
A USACE representative(s) will inspect the tables and their components upon delivery to the JCP. Should the inspection find no deficiencies or issues that would prohibit acceptance, the USACE Program Manager or designee will sign a DD 250, Material Inspection and Receiving Report, thus indicating U.S. Government’s acceptance of the equipment; except as noted. If the inspection finds deficiencies or issues that affect acceptance, then additional inspections shall occur until the equipment meets the contract requirements, and is free of deficiencies and issues.
The awarded contractor is responsible for preparing the DD250 reports prior to the inspection.
4. STANDARD TRAINING:
The end-user will be responsible for assembly. It is not anticipated at this time that on-site training will be required.
5. WARRANTY:
Offerors shall comply with warranty requirements set forth in the warranty clause(s) incuded in this request for quote. A point of contact (POC) for warranty implementation shall be identified by the contractor. Manufacturers’ standard warranty shall be provided and specified in the contractor’s proposal.
