About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for Digital Telehealth Equipment, specifically seeking information about stethoscopes and digital scopes. The RFI requires vendors to provide detailed responses across six key categories: technical requirements, product capabilities, data capabilities, product storage, implementation and support, and security and cost. Respondents must complete the provided Excel spreadsheet with comprehensive details about their products, including technical specifications, connectivity options, integration capabilities with electronic health records, video conferencing compatibility, data storage methods, support levels, warranty terms, and pricing structures.
The RFI is structured to gather in-depth information for potential future procurement, with responses limited to 1,000 characters per question and to be submitted electronically to Contracting Officer Vlad Jockovic by email. Responses are due by December 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST, and companies are encouraged to participate if they can provide stethoscopes and/or digital scopes. The government is seeking products that can support telehealth encounters, with specific emphasis on device functionality, data security (including HIPAA compliance), integration capabilities, and overall technical performance across various medical diagnostic tools.
