About this file

This is a Schedule B Pricing Matrix for a Request for Proposal issued by the State of Michigan (RFP No. 190000002586) for Digital Detonation Meters. The proposal requests pricing for digital detonation meters supplied with power supply and cable, with a quantity of two units specified. The pricing schedule must be submitted in a modifiable format such as Microsoft Word or Excel, with the option to submit an additional copy in non-modifiable format such as PDF. Failure to complete the pricing schedule as requested may result in disqualification of the proposal.

The pricing proposal must include all costs associated with the contract activities, including one-time or set-up charges, fees, shipping and handling, per-piece pricing, and palletizing. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment terms by specifying a percentage discount off the invoice if payment is received within a specified number of days after invoice receipt, excluding processing time. The pricing matrix requires contractors to provide unit prices and total costs for the digital detonation meters, other costs or discounts, and delivery costs. By submitting a proposal, the contractor certifies that prices were arrived at independently without consultation, communication, or agreement with any other contractor.
