About this file
This document is an announcement for a Joint Industry Day event hosted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), and the Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The event addresses three Requests for Information (RFIs) released on SAM.gov on January 23, 2026: Service Delivery Support (Notice ID: 70RSAT26RFI000006), Information Assurance Compliance Support (Notice ID: 70RSAT26RFI000009), and Systems Engineering/Operations and Maintenance Support (Notice ID: 70RSAT26RFI000010). The industry day will be virtual and recorded but is not open to the press.
Due to a DHS lapse in appropriations effective February 13, 2026, the Joint Industry Day has been postponed until further notice, with the time to be determined (TBD). Each company may send up to three representatives and must complete the registration form by the deadline of February 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ET. Industry participants are invited to submit written questions to the Points of Contacts identified in each RFI no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 18, 2026. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of DHS S&T OCIO technical representatives, though any responses provided may be superseded in resulting solicitations. All registered participants will receive the industry day link prior to the event.
