Vendors must include all associated costs in their quote, including trip charges, mileage, supplies, labor, and potential permit fees. Payment terms are net 30, paid in arrears after service completion, with a requirement that no invoicing can occur prior to service completion. All vendors must have a current license on file at the time of award and installation, and they must verify with the point of contact that supplies are on-site before scheduling the installation. The project requires off-site disposal of debris, old ballasts, lamps, and bulbs.
