About this file
This document is a Determination that Only One Source is Reasonably Available, which justifies a brand name procurement for Siemens Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software suite. The Marine Corps has a requirement to procure the Siemens PLM software suite, including one year of support services. Market research concluded that no alternate software was identified with the same functionalities as the Siemens PLM suite. This requirement will provide continuous support for the lifecycle management and workflow of parts models from Engineering to Manufacturing. The procurement is set aside for small businesses, with a NAICS code of 513210. The government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, with a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation by the deadline of 2:00 P.M. (EDT) on 14 August 2024.
