PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS)

LM has control and custody of legacy land, structures, and facilities and is responsible for maintaining them at levels suitable for their long- term use. Where residual hazards (e.g., disposal cells, ground water contamination) remain, LM conducts long-term surveillance and maintenance. LM is responsible for public outreach and stakeholder interaction, real property transactions, and management of site records and former employees’ benefits. Sites being managed by DOE LM are listed in the LM Site Management Guide and shall be provided to the Contractor on a quarterly basis.
