Questions and Responses Solicitation DENMHPO-393-2019-0001 Question 1:

What training is required for the 10 regional offices?

Answer 1:

Per SOW, the contractor will be required to provide all levels of training.

Question 2:

Does the contractor need to work at a specific location or can the contractor work remotely?

Answer 2:

The contractor can work remotely, as long as they are located within the U.S.

Question 3:

What is the expiration date(s) for the current Laserfiche for the 10 Regional Offices?

Answer 3:

Licenses for all Regional Offices (except NY) expired on 11/04/18. NY Regional Office expired on 11/07/18. Per SOW, the new contract is expected to start 01/01/2019.

Question 4:

Will there be a separate solicitation to upgrade each region to purchase the Laserfiche RIO license or purchase one Laserfiche RIO license for all 10 regions to be combined?

Answer 4:

There will not be a separate solicitation. The potential contractor should recommend whatever option they deem most efficient and cost effective for our business.

Question 5:

What version is CMS using in the current contract for the 10 Regional Offices?

Answer 5:

Per SOW, CMS is using Version 9.2.

Question 6:

Is the workflow you are referring to the Laserfiche Workflow module or a manual workflow?

Answer 6:

CMS is referring to the Laserfiche RIO Workflow Module.

Question 7:

If it is the Laserfiche workflow Module are you planning on purchasing the Laserfiche Workflow module for each region?

Answer:

CMS does not intend to purchase the Laserfiche RIO Workflow Module separately. CMS expects the proposed solution for all Regional Offices to contain the Laserfiche RIO Workflow Module.
