The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, FL will be soliciting a Demolition follow-on Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contract in support of the 96th Civil Engineer Group. This requirement consists of work that consisted of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary to perform

Demolition on Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) and surrounding Eglin AFB Reservation.

Demolition work includes removal, transportation and disposal of all items to be demolished.

The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the specifications. Demolition shall be on an “as required” task order basis. This work shall be self-performing and not sub-contracted out to a third party.

The performance period for the contract will be a five (5) year ordering period. Payment and performance bonds will be required within ten (10) days of any task order awarded. The issuance date for the solicitation is projected to be on/about 10 June 2025.

Individual jobs will vary in size ranging from $1,000 to $750,000. The estimated number of task orders issued per year will range from approximately 5 to 15. The performance period shall be negotiated on individual task orders. The guaranteed minimum amount for the basic contract period is $1,000, with a magnitude of construction between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

Proposals are not being requested or accepted at this time. All documents will be posted on the

System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.SAM.gov) upon issuance of the solicitation. Registration on www.SAM.gov is mandatory to receive notification of changes to the presolicitation and solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation, statement of work, technical requirements document and other related documents will not be provided. The proposal due date and further details of the requirement will be listed in the solicitation.

This acquisition will be a competitive 8(a) set-aside. The North American Industry

Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238910 with a size standard of $19M.

This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15, Negotiated Procedures.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to the award of a Government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a SAM Unique Entity ID; recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
