About this file

This document is a delivery schedule for subsistence items to be delivered to the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McDowell in the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2025. The schedule outlines the delivery requirements, including that all deliveries must be palletized, perishable foods must be maintained at specific temperature ranges, and any products that show signs of prior thawing will be refused. Vendors who fail to meet the delivery schedule may be removed from future solicitations. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for bids on bread products for the 1st quarter of FY 2025. The solicitation states that evaluations will be based on past performance, socio-economic status, overall price, and delivery schedule, with greater emphasis on past performance and delivery schedule. Bidders must match the posted quantities or provide calculations, and the award will go to a single vendor based on overall pricing.
