About this file
The document is the DCNR Standard Terms and Conditions for Quick Quote Solicitations issued by the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). It outlines the requirements and procedures for vendors bidding on DCNR contracts, including specifications for materials and labor quality, procedures for submitting proposals and questions, and terms for invoicing and payments. The related state and local contract opportunity is for Conservation/MRD -Vessel Parts, which is an all-or-none solicitation for the DCNR Marine Resources Division located in Dauphin Island, Alabama. The contract requires the vendor to provide the exact specified parts and have them shipped to the designated location, with the pricing to include all shipping costs.
The terms and conditions document specifies that awards will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all requirements, and that vendors must be authorized resellers/distributors of the specified items. It also includes guidelines for material and labor quality, prohibitions on substitutions, and procedures for submitting questions and invoices. Failure to adhere to the terms can result in the proposal being rejected.
