The key details include the award criteria of "all or none" to the lowest responsible bidder, vendor qualifications such as being an authorized reseller/distributor and registered in the Alabama Buys procurement system, and quality standards for materials and labor. The document also covers invoicing, questions and inquiries, and the potential rejection of bids for failure to adhere to the terms. The related state and local contract opportunity is for the provision of lumber for an underpinning project at Meaher State Park in Baldwin County, Alabama. The contract is for materials only, with shipping to be included in the pricing.
