About this file

The document is the Standard Terms and Conditions for Quick Quote Solicitations by the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). It outlines the requirements and specifications for a contract opportunity related to the procurement of a John Deere lift arm for the Blue Springs Wildlife Management Area in Coffee County, Alabama. The solicitation is an "all or none" award to the lowest responsible bidder, and vendors must meet qualifications such as being an authorized reseller/distributor and being registered in the Alabama Buys system. The contract requires the provision of the specified item with all associated costs included in the unit pricing, and the product must meet quality standards and any substitutions must be approved.

The pricing terms indicate that shipping/delivery costs must be included in the unit pricing unless a separate line item is provided. Vendors must provide the unit price and supplier part number, and for certain product categories, such as seed, feed, and pesticides, the manufacturer's label must be attached. Failure to adhere to the stated terms and conditions may result in the rejection of the proposal.
