About this file
This is Amendment No. 2 to RFQ DCKA-2025-Q-0011 issued by the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) through the Office of Contracting and Procurement for Federal-AID Citywide Pavement Restoration STBG Contract. The amendment provides responses to two clarifying questions from potential offerors regarding the original solicitation. The amendment was issued on February 19, 2025 and does not extend the original submission deadline.
The amendment clarifies that for project examples, offerors must provide both the total construction cost and total construction management (CM) cost to demonstrate their construction management capabilities. Additionally, it confirms that the Resident Engineer position must be filled by an employee of the prime consultant, not a subcontractor or other entity.
