About this file

This Statement of Objectives (SOO) outlines requirements for a cellular Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to provide coverage inside two buildings on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The scope is to install a DAS to cover approximately 55,000 square feet in buildings 837 and 851, as personnel currently must exit the buildings to access cellular services. The period of performance is up to 120 days from order receipt. Offerors must obtain base access and coordinate work to minimize research and operations impacts. The performance objectives are to provide a Statement of Work, evaluate spaces, design the DAS, install the system, test functionality, and train staff. This pre-solicitation opportunity posted by the Air Force Research Laboratory Materiel Command seeks solutions to meet the SOO requirements through solicitation SS_N4181723MP00040 for project NAMIRU-D.
