About this file

This file is a PowerPoint poster template for the DARPA Firefox Proposers Day event. The template provides guidance for potential proposers to present their research capabilities, team composition, and proposed approaches to addressing Firefox program goals. Proposers are required to create a single-slide poster (24" x 36" in either horizontal or vertical orientation) that includes the principal investigator's name and institution, an overview of the team and relevant expertise, a project overview describing what the team aims to achieve, proposed technical approaches, existing team members and partners, relevant accomplishments and publications, institutional assets and specialized facilities, teaming needs for specific technical challenges, unique metrics and milestones, and transition plans. The poster must contain only unclassified information, exclude proprietary data, and be submitted in MS PowerPoint or PDF format, with a printed 24" x 36" copy brought to the event.

The related Proposers Day event is being hosted by DARPA's Biological Technologies Office on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT at the SPA Arlington Research Collaboration Center (SPARCC) in Arlington, VA. Advance registration is required, with attendance limited to three individuals per organization. This in-person-only event supports the planned Firefox Program Solicitation and provides an opportunity for potential proposers to present their capabilities and network with DARPA program managers and other participants.
