The following checklist is provided to assist the proposer in developing a complete and responsive cost volume. Full instructions appear in Section IV.B.4.b DARPA-BAA-14-46. This worksheet must be completed by the proposer and all subawardees and included with the coversheet of the Cost Proposal. A fillable template is provided as Attachment 2 to the announcement on https://www.fbo.gov.
