About this file

This is a Darfur Contracting Act Certification form (DFW 1080) from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The form requires bidders or proposers to certify their business activities in relation to operations outside the United States within the previous three years, specifically addressing whether they are a "scrutinized company" as defined in Public Contract Code (PCC) § 10476.

The certification requires companies to complete one of three options: 1) certify they have no business activities outside the US, 2) acknowledge they are a scrutinized company but have received permission from the Department of General Services to bid, or 3) certify they have foreign operations but are not a scrutinized company. State Price Schedule Applications will be disqualified if the form is not properly completed with the appropriate initials and certifications. The document includes signature fields for company information, authorized representatives, and requires county and state of execution for certain certifications.
