About this file

This document is a Darfur Contracting Act Certification from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. It requires bidders or proposers who currently or within the previous three years have had business activities or other operations outside of the United States to certify that they are not a "scrutinized" company as defined in the California Public Contract Code. Bidders must complete one of three certification options: affirm they do not have overseas operations, confirm they have received written permission from the Department of General Services, or certify under penalty of perjury that they are not a scrutinized company despite having overseas operations. This certification form must be submitted with any State Price Schedule (SPS) application to avoid disqualification.

The document outlines pricing and payment terms, set-aside requirements, and funding sources, but does not provide details on any specific contract opportunity. It is focused solely on the certification requirements for bidders on California state contracts.
