About this file
This document is a Darfur Contracting Act Certification form required for the State of California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The form requires bidders or proposers who currently or within the previous three years have had business activities or other operations outside of the United States to certify whether they are a "scrutinized" company as defined in the California Public Contract Code. Bidders must either certify they do not have any international business activities, have received written permission from the Department of General Services to submit a bid despite being a scrutinized company, or certify they are not a scrutinized company. Failure to complete this form will result in disqualification of the bid or proposal.
The document outlines the legal requirements and certifications related to the Darfur Contracting Act, but does not provide any information about a specific contract opportunity, products or services requested, response dates, award information, or pricing and funding details.
