NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS

for the

DEEP-SPACE ADVANCED RADAR CAPABILITY (DARC)

PROCUREMENT

Bidders’ Library Instructions (Unclassified)

Follow these steps in sequential order to gain access to the DARC Bidders’ Library.

Step 1. Per this notice, prospective Bidders’ for the DARC procurement are to request access to the

DARC Bidders’ Library by providing the following information to the following e-mail address:

SMC.DirSP-G.DARC@us.af.mil. NOTE: Only a primary and secondary POC will be allowed to have access to the library per cage code.

Step 2. Navigate to the DARC Bidders’ Library site and complete the requested fields. The site is located at: https://tdka-ws-002p.peterson.af.mil/DARC/

In order to gain access you will need to fill out the following mandatory fields:

Name

Email Address

Company/Organization

Cage Code

DLIS JCP Certificate number (contact your security manager if needed)

Certificate Number Expiration

Certificates to access a .mil site [i.e. Common Access Card (CAC) or approved certificates]

If you do not have a CAC or approved certificates please see the following:

The DoD has established the External Certification Authority (ECA) program to support the issuance of DoD-approved certificates to industry partners and other external entities and organizations. If you do not have a CAC card, you must visit the following website and follow the instructions identified therein: http://iase.disa.mil/pki/eca/. From this site, you can get started on the process of acquiring the ECA certificates to access the Bidder's Library.

Step 3. Once information provided is verified in SAMS by the Contracting Officer, access to the

DARC Bidders’ Library will be granted, at which time you will receive an email notification. Upon notification of access approval, attempt to access the Bidders’ Library. If you have any access issues please contact Mr. Seneca Alvarado at: SMC.DirSP-G.DARC@us.af.mil.
