Contractor shall demonstrate their ability to develop machine learning models that are specific to data characteristics that are within databases, scanned forms, .pdf forms, and charts.
Contractor shall demonstrate their ability to analyze data points and develop models and filter codes to identify anomalies within different forms received by the IRS.
Contractor shall demonstrate how they apply different types of statical data points to fraud, identity theft, anomalies, and authentication.
Contractor shall demonstrate how they have developed high level briefings to include charts, graphs, recommendations, outcomes, and risks related to potential schemes, current schemes, and risks to identifying those schemes.
Contractor shall demonstrate how they have developed high level briefings to include charts, graphs, recommendations, outcomes, and risks related to potential schemes, current schemes, and risks to identifying those schemes.
Contractor shall monitor existing Issue Recommender pilots, including identifying suitable control groups, performing comparative analysis of pilot results using both classical and Bayesian statistical methods, and identifying potential data discrepancies and working with stakeholders to resolve such discrepancies.
Contractor shall provide analytics software and hardware tools previously used, including but not limited to machine learning, modeling, and RPA, to automate and enhance manual processes and activities in existing business program areas.
Contractor shall demonstrate the ability to build blended data sets using internal and external data in a government data environment.
Contractor shall demonstrate the ability to incorporate advanced data analytics into existing business processes and legacy information technology.
Contractor shall demonstrate the ability to train IRS staff to run and maintain new code and/or algorithms in existing IRS computing environments.
