About this file
This document is the Eighth Amendment to a Technology Contract for a Voting Tabulation System Replacement, entered into between the state of North Dakota (specifically involving the Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement Office, and Secretary of State's Elections Unit) and Election Systems & Software, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The amendment is part of a series of previous amendments to an original contract dated June 28, 2019.
The amendment renews the existing contract for an additional twelve months, extending the contract expiration date to December 31, 2022. The contract involves the provision of equipment, licensing of software, and performance of certain services related to voting tabulation systems. The amendment preserves two remaining renewal options and one extension option for future contract periods. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in full force and effect, with this amendment specifically focused on extending the contract's term while maintaining the underlying agreement's fundamental structure and provisions.
