About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum for a Voting System Replacement Contract between Election Systems and Software (ESS) and an unspecified county in North Dakota. The contract is based on North Dakota State Term Contract #214, involving the state's Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement Office, and Secretary of State's Elections Unit. The addendum serves as a mechanism for a local jurisdiction to utilize the state's master contract for purchasing voting system equipment and related services.

The contract covers voting system equipment, software, implementation, and support services from Election Systems and Software. While specific pricing and exact quantities are not detailed in this document, the addendum allows for flexible procurement with payment terms including a 30-day invoice processing period. The contract provides for custom software development, licensing terms, and potential system reviews, with the participating entity responsible for certain review and modification costs. The participating county can terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice, and copies of the executed addendum must be distributed to the North Dakota State Procurement Office and the Secretary of State.
