About this file
This document is a Limited Sources Documentation for a recurring requirement to provide vehicle and vessel storage services, as well as towing services, to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in the San Juan, Puerto Rico metropolitan area. The estimated value of the requirement is $27,856.25 for the period of 09/01/2024 to 08/31/2025. The Contracting Officer has determined that Prime Air Corporation, an SBA 8(a) certified small business vendor, is the only available source that can meet the DEA's requirements. Market research identified two other vendors, but they were unable to provide the full scope of services needed. The Contracting Officer has certified that the price is fair and reasonable, and the Limited Sources Documentation will be made publicly available in accordance with federal regulations.
