Questions and Answers
Other than the training identified in the solicitation, is a Security Clearance required for this project? Yes
– all employees working on this project will need a security clearance and must be U.S. Citizens.
What is the Manufacturer of the existing fixtures to be matched? LSI Industries.
If this manufacturer is no longer available, is it acceptable to use the closest match? No – because this manufacturer is still available.
What is the light level of the existing fixtures 3K, 4K, or 5K? Unknown.
What is the size of both rooms 351 SCIF and 217 separately? Due to DEA/EPIC security policies this cannot be given out to the public.
IS this work to be conducted during the day or after hours in the evening or overnight? During the day – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Can you send a picture of the fixtures currently installed? No – because cameras are not allowed in the
SCIF.
Are the current fixtures flush mounted in a drop ceiling or are they surface mounted on a hard ceiling?
They are all mounted on a drop ceiling.
Is there any asbestos in ceiling tiles that will be impacted by this project? There is no asbestos in the ceiling tiles.
What is the color of fixtures/dimmers? White
