a. The Tenant requires the following wiring at each of the 13 designated fiber wiring locations:
Cable installation of 125/50 multimode fiber optic cable. Color is not important. Fiber termination will be OM4 rated LC male mounted in a data box with a LC female - LC female adaptor mounted in a data box or similar mount. The rack of origin connection will be LC male connector with a LC female - LC female adaptor mounted in a patch panel. Each cable will be identified at the data port pod location and at the patch panel.
3.0 Facility Requirements:
a. This cabling and cable infrastructure installation must be accomplished adhering to applicable national electrical codes and industry standards for the type o f cabling used. The installed cabling must be tested and certified. The cable certification must be provided to the Tenant Project Lead.
b. An on-site Project Manager must be assigned during this installation to manage the daily installation activities and be the POC (point o f contact) for the Tenant Project Lead. The Project Manager will be asked to contact Tenant's POC with weekly verbal and written status reports.
The Project Manager will be required to attend and/or conference in on construction status meetings.
c. All cabling must be placed either in the Tenant provided cable trays or in the Tenant provided conduit. In the event that neither is available, "J" hooks will be used which will be provided by the contractor. Cable bundles will be neatly tied and secured.
d. The contractor shall keep the work area clean and clean up the work area at the close o f each workday. This includes daily the removal of all trash and debris. Arrangements of trash removal is at the expense and responsibility of the contractor; i.e., dumpster. It should be an understanding with the contractor and all o f his subcontractors' trash removal will be disposed of in a dumpster the contractor has obtained only.
e. All contractor personnel supporting this procurement are entrusted with a certain level of trust due to the nature of DEA’s mission. The Government expects the vendor will employ persons of integrity and trustworthiness. To ensure this, DEA reserves the right to conduct background screening or a full background investigation on all employees if a need arises. While all services provided on this contract will be performed outside of DEA, all contractors must be escorted if entering a DEA facility. DEA reserves the right to modify the security requirements found in this contract at anytime
f. The contractor understands that any damage to the building, grounds, or building equipment that is caused by the contractor will be the responsibility o f the contractor.
g. Prior to the commencement of services on this contract the contracting company will be required to submit a list of all contractor personnel expected to work on the contract. The information will include the full name, date of birth, and social security number. The information will be submitted to the Office of Security Programs for the purpose of initial screening of contractor employees.”
4.0 Deliverables:

4.1 Delivery Instructions
One copy of each report will be submitted to the client representative. The contractor shall deliver each report in a mutually agreed upon format. Deliverables are to be transmitted with a cover letter, on the prime contractor's letterhead, describing the contents.
4.2 Inspection and Acceptance of Services
All periodic reports and task deliverables shall be inspected, tested (where applicable), reviewed, and accepted by the Tenant within a reasonable period oftime JAW FAR 52.246-6, Inspection- Time and Material and Labor Houri I A W FAR 52.246-4, Inspection o f Services - Firm Fixed Price.
Acceptance criteria are as follows:
Only the client representative (CR), their designated alternate, the Project Manager (PM) or Tenant Representative (TR) has the authority to inspect, accept, or reject all deliverables. Final acceptance of all deliverables will be provided in writing, or in electronic format, to the PM or TR within 30 days from the end of the task order.
Performance by the Contractor to correct defects found by the Tenant as a result of quality assurance surveillance and by the Contractor as a result of quality control, shall be JAW FAR 52.246-6, Inspection - Time and Material and Labor Houri I A W FAR 52.246-4, Inspection o f Services - Firm Fixed Price].
The client representative will monitor compliance and report to the PM.
5.0 Testing
a. All fiber will be tested and certified to meet the EWTIA 100 Base F and FDDI installation standards. At a minimum, these certifications tests will include the following for all fiber strands;

Length (in feet), dB loss, and Continuity. These tests must be performed and passed at both 850 and 1300nm.
b. All CAT6 drops will be tested and certified to meet the EIA/TIA 568B Level I installation standards for Category 6 (CAT 6) cable. At a minimum these certifications test will include the following for all cable pairs; Length (in feet), Delay, Impedance, Resistance, Capacitance, Attenuation, ACR, and Near End Cross Talk (NEXT).
This is a purchase order for commercial services. The contractor shall develop and maintain a quality process to ensure services are performed in accordance with commonly accepted commercial practices and existing quality control systems. The contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.
However, the Tenant reserves the right to perform inspections on services provided to the extent deemed necessary to protect the Tenant's interests. The contractor must control the quality of the services and deliverables provided in support of this task; the contractor must maintain substantiating evidence that services conform to contract quality requirements and furnish such information to the Tenant if requested.
