2. SCOPE
2.1 The Contractor shall provide all services necessary to store POVs, owned by deploying services members aboard CLNC in a safe, secure storage area within the Contractor's facility. The storage facility shall be located within 15 driving miles of CLNC Front Gate (Holcomb Boulevard).
2.2 Within 30 days of notification of contract award, the contractor's facility shall be ready to accept a maximum of 1,200 vehicles, contained amongst no more than 3 locations. The Contractor shall provide a POC and phone number for emergency / contingency POV storage requests.
5. INDEMNITY
5.1. The Contractor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the United States of America and its agents from any suits, fines, actions, claims, debts, demands, judgments, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees or court costs, which the United States of America and its agents may become obligated to defend and/or pay, (i) as a result of ground or water pollution, sustained or suffered because of or by reason of any action or inaction by Contractor, his agents, servants, and employees, in connection with Contractor's performance under this contract, or (ii) as a result of any loss of or damage to property or injury to or death of any person whatsoever, sustained or suffered because of or by reason of any action or inaction by Contractor, his agents, servants, and employees, in connection with Contractor's performance under this contract, or (iii) as a result of alleged pollution, damage, or injury, sustained or suffered because of or by reason of any action or inaction by Contractor, his agents, servants, and employees, in connection with Contractor's performance under this contract.
