Description:
The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department (CONT), intends to solicit and contract with
VirtualPaint Products, LLC (CAGE 86GB8), of Dike, IA on a sole-source basis for the purchase of one Virtual Paint and Blast Simulator for annual training and testing for Spray Technique Analysis and Research 4 Defense
(STAR4D) coatings technician certification per Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC). The North American
Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code assigned is 611420 Computer Training. No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement. A Justification and Approval document is attached to this notice. Any potential source may contact the persons indicated above to discuss their ability to offer the required services for future acquisitions.

Award Procedures – The Government will award a firm-fixed-price contract for this commercial item with an estimated total under the simplified acquisition threshold.
