About this file

This document is a single source justification for the Federal Human Capital Collaborative (FHCC) annual membership with the Partnership for Public Service. The Department of the Interior seeks to acquire recurring membership to provide enrollment of up to 12 human resources staff in leadership forums, public service leadership assessments for 5 leaders, and collaborative quarterly meetings and updates from the Partnership on federal initiatives. The estimated value is $XX,XXX per year for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The justification cites that the Partnership for Public Service is uniquely able to provide access to the FHCC and other services do not meet the agency's requirements for facilitating cross-agency collaboration and problem solving on critical human capital issues facing the federal government. Market research confirmed this as a unique nonprofit service not available from other sources.
