About this file

This document is an Addendum issued by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation for the Regionwide Fence Installation project (SA-RW-2025-001 (GC) D006301). The addendum modifies the bid date, drawing details, and specifications for the installation of chain link and wire fencing around campgrounds in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schoharie counties. Key changes include reducing the maximum post spacing from 10 feet to 8 feet, requiring black PVC coating on all chain link fence components, and scheduling Moreau Lake State Park as the first site for fencing installation.

The related state and local contract opportunity is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside with no Minority, Women, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business contracting goals. The 120-day contract is due on June 13, 2024, and the award history indicates no identical or substantially similar procurements within the past five years.
