About this file

This is a NASPO ValuePoint Participating Addendum for Police Radar/Lidar Speed Enforcement led by the State of Washington, executed between the State of Wisconsin as the participating entity and Kustom Signal, Inc. as the contractor. The document establishes Wisconsin's participation in Master Agreement #00218, with Wisconsin's participating state contract number 505ENT-O19-POLICERADAR-01. The addendum allows all state agencies, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other entities authorized to use statewide contracts in Wisconsin to participate in this cooperative purchasing agreement.

The contract covers police radar/lidar speed enforcement and speed advisory systems, parts, and accessories as listed on the contractor's NASPO ValuePoint website page, but excludes product modifications and installation services. The contract term runs from February 20, 2019, through February 19, 2021, with three one-year renewal periods available for a total potential expiration of February 19, 2024. The contractor must provide semi-annual sales reports in Excel format including reporting period, agency name, order date, product description, quantity purchased, unit price, and extended price. All authorized contactors, dealers, and resellers in Wisconsin as shown on the dedicated contractor website are approved to provide sales and service support. Lease agreements are specifically not authorized under this contract, and all purchase orders must reference both the participating state contract number and the lead state master agreement number.
